IT System & Automation Administrator

We’re looking for an IT System & Automation Administrator with a strong automation mindset and hands-on experience in PowerShell, Microsoft 365, and Azure.

This role is about owning systems end to end and turning manual IT operations into reliable, production-grade automation, using both scripting and AI tools.

Your mission:

• Build and maintain production-grade PowerShell automations (modular scripts, error handling, logging)
• Automate Azure and Microsoft 365 using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph
• Own identity and access automation (Azure AD / Entra ID, RBAC, Conditional Access, SSO)
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) daily for scripting and troubleshooting, and harden code for production
• Take full ownership of day-to-day system operations and continuously improve reliability and efficiency
  
  

• 5+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years as a System Administrator
• Strong PowerShell automation experience – MUST
• Hands-on Azure & Microsoft 365 automation – MUST
• Practical use of AI tools in automation workflows – MUST
• Strong experience with Azure AD / Entra ID, IAM, and cloud services
• Independent, ownership-driven, fluent in English
