Business Analyst

Edikted is a trend-driven global Gen Z fashion brand that brings pop-culture vibes and must-have styles straight to your closet.

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and help us turn data into actionable insights that drive growth and decision-making across the company. You’ll work closely with multiple teams, shaping our reporting, KPIs, and analytical processes to support core business areas like forecasts, pricing, and operational strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Develop data-driven processes and methods to support decision-making in key business areas, including forecasts, pricing, and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to measure the impact of initiatives, changes, and external factors.
• Build, maintain, and optimize business data tools, reporting, and KPIs, including defining data, logic, and decision-making models.
• Create dashboards and perform ad-hoc analysis to deliver actionable insights that drive measurable results.

Requirements:

• BA/BSc in Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or another quantitative field.
• 2-4 years of experience as a business or operations analyst, or experience in consulting.
• Proven track record of delivering actionable, data-driven insights with measurable impact.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently.
• Thrive in ambiguous environments with a builder mindset.
• Experience in e-commerce or retail- a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools- an advantage.
• Experience with Tableau or Looker- an advantage.
