Manual QA & Support Engineer

We are looking for a Manual QA & Support Engineer to help maintain the quality and reliability of our internal web applications. This role sits at the intersection of manual testing, production support, and close collaboration with R&D. You will be the first line of investigation when issues are reported, helping transform unclear internal user feedback into clear, actionable, and high-quality Jira tickets, while ensuring smooth day-to-day operation of our internal systems.

Responsibilities:

• Triage and investigate issues reported by internal users.
• Reproduce bugs, collect evidence, and write clear and structured Jira tickets.
• Perform manual testing and regression testing on internal web applications.
• Validate fixes in staging and production environments.
• Assist with user access and permission changes according to defined policies and approvals.
• Communicate clearly with developers, product, and business users.
• Help prioritize issues based on impact and urgency.

Requirements:

• Strong written communication skills with clear, structured, and precise English.
• Solid understanding of QA fundamentals, including test cases, expected vs. actual results, and negative testing.
• Experience working with web applications.
• Basic SQL knowledge, including reading and writing simple queries.
• Ability to investigate issues independently and ask the right questions.
• Experience working with ticketing systems (Jira or similar).
• Professional working proficiency in English, written and verbal.
