Job Description:

Designing and planning technological solution architectures tailored to business needs.

Managing organization-wide processes in the Salesforce domain and providing solutions to business processes.

Leading solution workshops with customers, creative thinking, and the ability to analyze and propose tailored solutions for customers within the system’s capabilities.

Integrations, process implementation, solving complex problems, defining technical solutions using a holistic and systemic approach while maintaining expertise in best practices.

Leading Salesforce requirement definition, implementation, and deployment processes in cross-system technological projects, such as: open banking, applications, digital underwriting, and interfaces.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience in implementation, deployment, and requirements definition in Salesforce.

Extensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including implementation and development of customer-tailored solutions, data model design, and integrations.

Experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST and SOAP APIs.

Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Familiarity with Salesforce Community Cloud and Marketing Cloud – an advantage.

Salesforce Architect certifications – a significant advantage.

Experience in project management and implementation of organization-wide Salesforce processes.

Good level of English.
