As part of our continued global growth, we are seeking a talented Commercial Legal Counsel to join our legal team in Israel. This role offers a unique opportunity to support complex commercial transactions, guide strategic decision-making, and contribute to the success of one of the fastest-growing companies in the observability space. We are seeking a proactive and business-oriented lawyer with strong commercial and privacy experience, who can provide high-quality legal guidance and assistance while independently managing complex legal processes in a dynamic, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and technology agreements, including SaaS, partnership, reseller, and vendor contracts.
• Review and negotiate DPAs and other privacy-related documents in coordination with the company’s DPO and Security teams.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Deal Desk, Procurement, Privacy, Security, Finance, and Product) to provide timely, practical, and solution-oriented legal advice.
• Coach and support Sales teams on negotiation strategy, customer interactions, and contract execution processes; lead or contribute to internal legal training sessions.
• Maintain and enhance contract templates, playbooks, and negotiation guidelines in line with emerging laws and regulatory requirements across key jurisdictions.
• Advise on compliance and risk management issues, including data protection, information security, AI-related regulations, and other technology law developments.
• Support business scalability by implementing efficient contracting processes and tools to ensure alignment between legal, sales, and operational functions.
  
  

• 4–6 years of post-internship experience as a commercial lawyer.
• Background in leading Israeli law firms, with a focus on high-tech or commercial practice.
• Proven experience in technology transactions and data privacy.
• Ability to manage and lead legal matters independently, with strong business judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a collaborative and service-oriented approach.
• LL.B. degree and license to practice law in Israel
• Passion for technology and ability to understand technical and operational processes.
• Willingness to work across different time zones as part of a global legal team.
