Marketing Manager

A leading real estate company is seeking a hands-on Marketing & Communications Manager to lead the development and execution of a multi-platform marketing and communication strategy, aligned with brand and organizational priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a results-driven multi-channel communication strategy and annual marketing plan.

- Create, produce, and manage all marketing materials (print & digital), branding, and promotional content.

- Lead digital marketing activities including social media management, website updates, SEO/SEM – to drive exposure, engagement, and lead generation.

- Plan and manage marketing budgets based on prioritization, segmentation, messaging, and timing.

- Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and marketing platforms; develop supporting marketing assets and infrastructure.

- Track and analyze campaign performance and optimize activities to meet KPIs.

- Lead PR, content, customer relations, investor communications, and brand initiatives.

- Manage and mentor a team of 2 marketing professionals.

Requirements:

- At least 6 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in the real estate industry.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.

- Strong initiative, assertiveness, service orientation, and cross-company leadership.

- Familiarity with BMBY and CRM systems – advantage.

- Excellent command of MS Office and social media platforms.
