About the Role
- Full responsibility for the development, planning, and execution of employee welfare and wellbeing activities across the organization
- Building and maintaining relationships and collaborations with external partners and vendors
- Initiating, developing, and implementing new welfare and wellbeing initiatives
- Strong ability to motivate, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- Working with multiple internal stakeholders, including senior management and various departments
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree- mandator
- At least 2 years of experience in employee welfare/ wellbeing- mandator
- Experience working in a medium to large organization- mandator
