System Engineer

We’re Hiring: System Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT professional to join our team and support a dynamic production environment. This role involves hands-on technical work, user support, and close collaboration with infrastructure and cloud teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide remote and on-site support for Windows 11, Windows Server 2016/2019, and Office applications

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues for desktops and laptops

Manage users, permissions, and access in Active Directory, Office 365, and SharePoint

Support and maintain production environments, including GPOs, scripts, monitoring tools, and security controls

Handle file systems, NTFS/CIFS permissions, and shared resources

Support networking infrastructure, including switches, routing, and network interfaces

Work with proxy configurations and network settings

Support Ubuntu environments, including basic command-line operations

Collaborate with teams to ensure stable, secure, and efficient IT operations

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience as a System Engineer - Must

Experience with Linux - Must

Experience with Ubuntu, network cards, and proxy configurations - Must

Proven experience with remote support for Windows 11, Windows Server 2016/2019, and Office software - Must

Strong hands-on experience with desktop and laptop hardware - Must

Solid troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and peripherals - Must

Good knowledge of NTFS, CIFS, and share permissions - Must

Experience managing users in Active Directory, Office 365, and SharePoint - Must

Strong understanding of networking concepts, switches, and routing - Must

Experience with Windows Server 2016/2019 and Azure Cloud environments

Familiarity with production environments, including GPO, WAF, scripting, and monitoring

Excellent communication skills - Must
