System Analyst

Mertens – MalamTeam is hiring a Dynamics CRM Systems Analyst for a leading organization in the Shfela region

Role Description:

The role includes analyzing and defining business and technological requirements within the Dynamics CRM platform, writing detailed functional and technical specification documents, and working closely with development, QA, and business teams.

The position involves full lifecycle support of CRM implementation projects, including integration and deployment across the organization, as well as continuous improvement, optimization, and enhancement of existing processes and modules according to evolving business needs.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in systems analysis.
• Experience with Dynamics CRM (preferably Dynamics 365).
• Hands-on experience in implementation and customization of Dynamics CRM.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering and business stakeholder support.
• Experience with Power Apps and Copilot Studio – advantage.
• Strong process-driving capabilities, system-level thinking, self-learning ability, and excellent interpersonal skills.
