About The Position

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Project Manager to oversee and execute a variety of projects aimed at developing Mindspace’s revenue, growth, services, and efficiency. Based in Israel and working directly under the VP of International Markets, the PM will be instrumental in driving forward various initiatives across different verticals and geographies. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the company’s growth. We are looking for someone with great interpersonal skills, a multitasker with a go-getter attitude.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Execution: Work closely with the VP of International Markets to implement strategic initiatives that align with company objectives.
• Project Management: Drive initiatives forward by coordinating between teams, setting milestones, and ensuring timely execution.
• Operational Support: Streamline internal processes, improve efficiency, and support execution across various business functions in different markets
• Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct research into industry trends, emerging markets, and competitive landscapes to inform business decisions.
• Partnership Coordination: Support the identification and execution of strategic partnerships to expand business opportunities.
• Stakeholder Communication: Prepare reports, presentations, and insights for internal stakeholders to support decision-making.
• Lead project executions and teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication between all relevant stakeholders.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in business development, project management, consulting or revenue growth in a high-paced environment
• Proven track record of success in various fields, collaborating with different stakeholders, setting and meeting timelines, and reaching targets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex challenges into actionable steps.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - People love to work with you, and you manage to drive engagement in various ways
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, both in Hebrew and English
• Multitasker with a go-getter attitude
• Business & goal-oriented - you understand the business needs and environment, focus on what matters, and get the job done.
• Highly adaptable, hands-on, and capable of executing in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to travel when needed
  
  

• Experience working with Europe and North America - Strong plus
• Experience in the co-working, real estate, or hospitality industries.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, experience with SalesForce and Monday
