Herzog Fox & Neeman is seeking a highly skilled attorney to join our Labor Law Department. This is a unique opportunity to work with large clients from Israel and around the world on complex labor law matters across both the private and public sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counseling to major clients involved in collective labor relations.
- Advise on recruitment, retirement, sexual harassment prevention, workplace bullying, equal opportunity, employee dismissals, corporate restructuring, privatization, downsizing, pension, and social security matters.
- Handle crisis management, labor disputes, strikes, and negotiations with employee representatives.
- Draft and negotiate various agreements, including executive contracts, confidentiality agreements, and non-compete clauses.
- Represent clients in litigation, including individual cases, collective disputes, injunctions, arbitration, mediation, and other legal proceedings.
- Engage with governmental bodies, including the Ministry of Finance’s Salary Supervisor and the State Comptroller’s office.
Requirements:
- A law degree from a leading academic institution.
- 1-4 years of professional experience (prior experience in labor law or litigation is an advantage).
- Strong communication and drafting skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience in the public prosecution office (internship or previous work) is a significant advantage.
- Desire for professionalism, willingness to work hard and put in significant effort, strong team collaboration skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
