Job Description

As an IT Technician, you'll play a central role in supporting the day-to-day IT operations at our Tel Aviv offices, ensuring seamless functionality of our technical infrastructure and providing top-notch service to Wix employees. In your day-to-day, you will:

• Run the day-to-day IT operations at Wix Campus.
• Oversee all IT technician aspects of Wix, including events, employee onboarding/offboarding, inventory management, and end-of-employment processes
• Work closely with the IT and operations teams to ensure smooth workflows
• Find and implement technical solutions for the specific needs of our employees
• Manage IT orders, stock, and collaborate with suppliers and vendors
• Coordinate and manage equipment repair and technical projects
  
  

• Proven experience as an IT technician, including 2+ years in a similar role
• Strong technical skills in managing IT operations, inventory systems, and technical equipment
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a service-oriented approach
• Great interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Project management experience and familiarity with inventory management systems – an advantage
