We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Systems Analyst and Implementer

Job Description:

• Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements with organizational stakeholders
• Translating business needs into HLD/LLD specifications and integration documents
• Providing solutions to business requirements using Salesforce (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud)
• Implementing solutions in Salesforce according to product best practices
• Leading and managing tasks and projects, working with development, QA, implementation, and training teams
• Writing test documentation and conducting user acceptance testing

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in CRM systems analysis and specification
• Proven experience in writing detailed specifications (functional and technical)
• Proven experience with Salesforce
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering and Management, or a similar field
• Experience and familiarity with sales, marketing, and service processes- advantage
• Knowledge and experience using development tools, SQL, and integration tools- advantage
• Experience working with VS Code and/or DevOps- advantage
