We Are Hiring – Senior System / Infrastructure Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior System / Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT team and take a key role in designing, managing, and evolving our enterprise infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise infrastructure and system architecture, delivering scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions.

Lead and execute IT projects from planning through delivery, including system rollouts, migrations, and infrastructure upgrades.

Take full ownership of infrastructure initiatives, ensuring reliability, performance, and security.

Evaluate existing technologies, identify gaps, and propose optimization and modernization solutions aligned with business goals.

Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and collaborate closely with IT teams to provide effective, long-term solutions.

Work cross-functionally with development teams to support infrastructure needs and ensure seamless integration between systems and applications.

Create and maintain technical documentation and architectural designs.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Engineer in an enterprise environment - Must

Strong hands-on expertise in VMware and virtualization technologies, including vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, HA/DRS - Must

Proven experience installing ESXi and building Data Center environments from scratch - Must

In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), Entra ID (Azure AD), and Office 365 - Must

Strong PowerShell scripting skills, including automation, user management, and infrastructure tooling - Must
