Product Designer

We’re looking for a Product Designer to drive the end-to-end design of complex, cross-functional projects, from early discovery through polished execution. You’ll combine product strategy with refined interaction and visual design to craft elegant, user-centered experiences. In this role, you’ll shape high-impact B2B products that transform how people in industrial facilities work every day.

A Day In Your Life

• Own the design process from research and ideation through prototyping, iteration, and delivery.
• Collaborate deeply with product managers, engineers, and go-to-market teams to turn requirements into intuitive solutions.
• Conduct and apply research, user interviews, usability tests, and feedback loops, to inform design decisions.
• Produce clear design artifacts including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
• Advocate for the user by driving a culture of user-centric thinking across the organization.
  
  

What You Bring

• 6+ years of product design experience with digital products; B2B or enterprise software experience is a strong plus.
• A portfolio that demonstrates intuitive, elegant solutions for complex or emerging technologies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and influence decisions.
• Exceptional communication and visual storytelling skills.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous and evolving environments.
• Curiosity and drive to explore GenAI tools and design agentic experiences.
  
  

How We Work

We follow a hybrid model, 2 days a week in our Haifa office (just a 5-minute walk from the train station) and the rest remote.
