Marketing Performance Team Lead

We’re looking for a Marketing Performance Team Lead to drive and scale our growth across digital channels. In this hands-on role, you will lead a team of performance marketers while managing customer acquisition and retention strategies, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring measurable results across Paid Social, Paid Search, Affiliates, Email, and other growth channels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy across Paid Social, Paid Search, Affiliates, Email, and other growth channels.
• Partner with Marketing and Creative teams to build full-funnel campaigns that drive acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
• Manage budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics to ensure efficient spend and measurable ROI.
• Lead and mentor a team of performance marketers, fostering a culture of curiosity, testing, and continuous optimization.
• Collaborate with the Creative team to develop compelling, high-performing assets and leverage UGC from influencers and creators.
• Stay ahead of digital trends by testing new platforms, tools, and strategies to keep Edikted at the forefront of performance marketing.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience driving growth through performance marketing in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Proven success managing multiple digital channels (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google, Affiliates).
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with experience building and developing teams.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and optimization skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities.
• Experience in fashion, retail, or e-commerce is a strong advantage.
