About the Company

Overall responsibility for the company’s core information systems, including:

• ERP (Priority)
• MES systems
• BI platforms

Manage system integrations, upgrades, maintenance, and performance.

Work closely with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into IT solutions.

About the Role

IT Infrastructure Management

Full responsibility for IT infrastructure, including:

• Hardware (end-user devices, peripherals, industrial equipment)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree – advantage).

Required Skills

• Proven experience as an IT Manager, IT Infrastructure Manager, or similar role.
• Managerial experience, including leading teams and working with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working in a manufacturing / industrial company – mandatory.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• ERP systems (Priority – advantage)
• MES and BI systems
• IT infrastructure (hardware, networks, servers, software)
• Solid knowledge of cybersecurity principles.
