Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our innovative team.

About the role:

Leading business processes for the development of innovative products, both internally and in collaboration with strategic global business partners.

Full ownership of product and service development processes from ideation to go-live

Needs analysis, scoping, roadmap planning, KPI definition, and structured work planning (Gantt).

Leading discussions with existing and potential global business partners to establish and strengthen strategic collaborations based on new products.

Competitive landscape analysis, monitoring local and global trends, and benchmarking against leading international products.

Requirements:

Relevant bachelor’s degree/ Certificate- mandatory

At least one 3 years of experience in product management- mandatory

Experience working with business global partners

Experience working with global products- an advantage

Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives- an advantage

Experience in the financial sector- mandatory

Creativity, out-of-the-box thinking, and strong motivation

Ability to manage multiple tasks with structured and prioritized work plans

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
