We are seeking a highly organized project manager with outstanding communication abilities and proven experience in project management. The project manager will help create cross-organizational work processes and oversee large-scale, business-critical work pipelines.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel and have the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve execution excellence in a complex matrix organization.

Responsibilities:

Regularly sync with all company functions and communicate progress on key projects and initiatives.
Sharing project updates with all stakeholders, including raising project risks, presenting solutions, and adapting plans to adjust to new requirements.
Collaborates with stakeholders to work on process improvement initiatives in line with Papaya’s strategies.
Capture learnings from the project and incrementally improve processes and solutions based on the same.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in a Project Management role, preferably in the gaming industry.
Excellent managerial skills with previous experience in coordinating large, cross-functional teams.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills to deliver quality projects within tight deadlines.
Can do approach, creative, pragmatic, and able to find the best solutions to overcome obstacles and ensure project development.
