Your mission
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to act as a Key Account Manager (KAM), driving sales growth to new heights. This role requires a highly skilled professional, experienced in contract negotiations, ideally for complex technological equipment that requires after-sales service and adherence to technical requirements. The ideal candidate will build and sustain long-term partnerships with leading players in the energy industry, ensuring client satisfaction and aligning our innovative solutions with their needs.
Your Mission
As a Key Account Manager, you will lead efforts to manage strategic client relationships, develop new business initiatives, and oversee end-to-end sales processes while identifying global sales opportunities. You will act as the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring their needs are met and fostering collaboration across internal teams locally and globally.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with technical, commercial, legal, and after-sales teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions under pressure and in fast changing environments.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key account customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead commercial and contractual negotiations, securing favourable terms and agreements.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities both locally and internationally.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Key Account Manager in client-focused environments involving technical equipment.
- Strong skills in contract negotiation, especially for contracts with technical and after-sales service requirements.
- Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal abilities.
- Skilled in identifying client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Fluent in Hebrew and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
