Position: Senior Oracle DBA

Team Size: 7 professionals

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Oracle DBA to join our dynamic infrastructure team. This role involves working with large-scale, critical databases across a variety of enterprise environments and requires both infrastructure and application-level expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tuning database parameters and improving overall performance
• Managing backups and recovery processes
• Performing upgrades, installations, and DR setups
• Working with Big Data, compression, and database encryption
• Supporting isolated and secure environments
• Leading and managing database infrastructure projects
• Collaborating with different teams across a diverse organizational landscape

Requirements:

• Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Database – Mandatory
• Strong knowledge of SQL – Advantage
• Proven experience as both Infrastructure and Application DBA – Mandatory
• Experience working with Windows and Linux operating systems – Mandatory
• Background in large enterprise environments – Mandatory
• Deep understanding of IT infrastructures and various database technologies

• Availability during evening, night hours, and Saturday nights for critical maintenance activities
