Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Product Manager to join our product team. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and be skilled at navigating a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will contribute to the development of our Generative AI products, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills. This is an opportunity to grow in the field of Generative AI and play a key role in a dynamic and evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with Sales, CSM, Marketing, and other teams to ensure smooth information flow and support technical discussions. Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex AI concepts.
2. Engineering Collaboration: Work closely with multiple Engineering teams, participate in regular syncs, and coordinate on priority implementation.
3. User Experience: Collaborate with UX/UI on concept development, user flow definition, and design review. Define and validate user journeys.
4. Product Definition and DODs: Gather and define product requirements and define product DODs.
5. Technical Product Development: Define pipeline and API requirements. Work closely with engineering teams on technical feasibility and implementation.
6. Benchmarking and Evaluation: Define visual benchmarks that represent feature requirements and play a crucial role in the evaluation process of models and pipelines.
7. Documentation and Communication: Create and maintain detailed and accurate documentation for both internal and external stakeholders, brief stakeholders, coordinate with marketing and solutions teams, and ensure smooth product shipment.
8. Market and Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the Generative AI market, including customer needs, the competitive landscape, and market trends. Gain expertise in our technology and products.
9. Developer & PLG Experience

• Design and optimize self-serve developer journeys: onboarding, activation, time-to-value, and retention.
• Define and track PLG metrics and run experiments that improve conversion and product adoption.
• Collaborate with Developer Relations, Marketing, and Solutions teams to support an exceptional developer experience, including documentation, examples, and integrations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 6+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS company, building products for developers, with a strong track record of collaborating with applied AI research teams - a must
• Engineering degree or equivalent experience in software development, AI, or research
• Passion for the field of Gen AI - a big advantage
• Proven experience contributing to PLG initiatives (self-serve funnels, activation, experimentation, usage-based journeys).
• Proactive, independent, and motivated problem solver.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Autodidact with a passion for learning.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment; adept at multitasking and meeting deadlines.
• Adaptability and flexibility in dynamic work environments.
• A team player with self-motivation and independence.
