We’re looking for a curious, data-driven Strategic Buyer to join our global Operations team and lead sourcing activities that fuel innovation and efficiency across the organization.

In this role, you’ll be the heart of our procurement strategy — finding, evaluating, and partnering with the best suppliers worldwide to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability. You’ll collaborate closely with R&D, Engineering, and Operations to turn business needs into smart sourcing solutions that create long-term impact.

🌍 What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end sourcing processes — from market research to supplier selection and contract signing.
• Identify and qualify new suppliers globally, focusing on electronic and mechanical components.
• Lead sourcing initiatives that improve cost, quality, and delivery performance.
• Partner with R&D to support component selection and innovation.
• Analyze market trends and supply chain risks to proactively propose alternatives.
• Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and long-term agreements.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

✅ What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably in electronics manufacturing.
• Strong background in identifying and developing global supplier networks.
• Proven negotiation and analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset.
• Deep understanding of sourcing methodologies, cost breakdowns, and supplier evaluation.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with R&D, Engineering, and Operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Curious, proactive, and highly organized — with a passion for smart sourcing.
