Salesforce Business Analyst & Solution Architect

Role Objective:

Take full ownership of analyzing business processes and designing technological solutions in the Customer Experience (CX) domain. This includes leading cross-organizational processes, implementing solutions in Salesforce, managing integrations between systems, and working with diverse stakeholders.

What will your day look like?

• Analyze, design, and implement solutions within Salesforce.
• Plan and define interfaces and integrations between systems.
• Write detailed functional and technical specification documents (Detail Design level).
• Collaborate closely with development, infrastructure, cybersecurity teams, and external vendors.
• Manage and lead tasks and projects while meeting deadlines.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service divisions.
• Support complex business processes and gain deep understanding of user needs.

Who are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience implementing complex processes in Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of IT architectures and system integrations- mandatory.
• Proven experience in process analysis with sales or marketing units.
• Experience working in an Enterprise environment with multiple technological interfaces- advantage.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or BI tools- advantage.
• Experience with integration platforms such as Workato- advantage.
• Experience with SAP systems- advantage.
• High-level English proficiency (reading and writing technical documents).
