BI Systems Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical BI Systems Analyst with strong business acumen and the ability to drive cross-organizational processes. The ideal candidate will translate business needs into actionable BI solutions, support decision-making with data insights, and contribute to the end-to-end development and improvement of BI processes

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed BI specifications

Map target-to-source relationships and work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation

Perform data analysis, generate insights, and support data-driven decision making

Lead and support cross-functional processes involving multiple stakeholder

Participate in BI solution development, including testing and validation

Continuously improve existing BI processes and reports

Collaborate with teams using SQL, Data Warehouses, and BI tools such as Tableau, Qlik, and Power BI

Prepare and present clear business and functional documentation

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or Management

3+ years of experience as a BI Systems Analyst or in BI systems analysis

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Ability to understand business needs deeply and translate them into technical specification

nsHands-on experience with SQL and Data Warehouse environments

Experience with BI tools: Tableau, Qlik, Power BI

Strong business understanding and ability to communicate insights effectively

Ability to write and present clear specifications and documentation

Nice to Have

Previous experience working in large organizations or on complex BI projects

Knowledge of ETL processes and data modeling

Experience in continuous process improvement within BI environments
