Back Office Analyst

A well-established and discreet multi-family office located in Central Israel is seeking a Back Office Analyst to join its professional team.

This role focuses on financial reporting and accounting-related calculations for family office clients, offering exposure to complex capital market and alternative investment structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and production of client financial reports for family office activities
• Execution of accounting-based calculations and financial reconciliations
• Ongoing work with Snapir reporting software and a supporting BI system
• Data validation, analysis, and maintenance of accurate financial records
• Close collaboration with internal investment, operations, and management teams

Requirements:

• Relevant academic degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting – mandatory
• Relevant experience in one or more of the following environments:
• Investment houses
• Family offices
• Investment funds
• Fund administrators / financial service providers
• Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Fluent in Hebrew and English, written and spoken – mandatory
• High level of professionalism and discretion
