Junior GenAI & Data Project Coordinator for a Global Company! 5350

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Junior GenAI & Data Project Coordinator to join our AI Center of Excellence (CoE).

In this role, you will act as a “copilot” to the AI Lead, supporting the day-to-day coordination, administrative, and operational execution of the company’s AI initiatives portfolio.

You will support the ongoing administration and coordination of AI initiatives, including documentation management, meeting cadence, action-item follow-ups, and Jira updates.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Management Engineering or Information Systems – MUST
• Experience supporting project coordination or administrative operations through an internship or student role – MUST
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through (“close-the-loop” mindset)
• Strong analytical and communication skills (written and verbal) in English – MUST
