We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with strong analytical, functional, and implementation skills to join our team.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud

3+ years of Salesforce implementation experience, including:

Sales Cloud

Service Cloud

CPQ

Communities / Experience Cloud

Lightning

Deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities and limitations, including configuration best practices

Solid understanding of standard business processes: Sales, Marketing, Operations

Highly analytical, logical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities

Fast learner with high motivation for continuous professional growth

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field

High-level English

Advantage: Experience with additional information systems and technologies
