About the role
Wawiwa-Tech is looking for a creative and tech-savvy Junior Instructional Designer to join our team and help build cutting-edge learning experiences for global tech training programs.
You’ll take part in designing entire courses, from PowerPoint-based source materials to interactive SCORM packages—while exploring the latest AI tools for content creation, narration, video editing, and automation. This is a hands-on opportunity to grow in instructional design while contributing to real-world programs used across 13+ countries.

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop engaging e-learning content using Articulate Storyline 360
• Build full course modules based on PowerPoint decks, SME input, and internal templates
• Integrate AI-powered tools into your workflow for: Text and script generation, Voice-over and dubbing, Video editing and media enhancement, Smart quizzes and task generation
• Assist in SCORM packaging, version control, and LMS compatibility (Moodle and others)
• Contribute to content QA, structure, clarity, and visual consistency
• Collaborate with the Head of Delivery and global team to support content needs across multiple programs
  

• Minimum a 2nd-year student in Instructional Design / Educational Technology
• Proficient in Articulate Storyline 360, PowerPoint, and digital learning tools
• Comfortable working with AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, Synthesia, Runway, etc.)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and excited about crafting engaging digital learning
• Native Level English
