As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an IT Operations Engineer.

In this role, you will define the processes and govern the stability of the production IT Operations

across our international data centers.

Main Responsibilities

Operation management:

• Collaborate with various internal and external departments to assure quality work with maximum transparency and achieve a planned SLA.
• Analyze malfunctions to produce Root Cause Analysis documents and manage the process of proper resolution and future mitigation.
• Deployment management which includes ensuring system stability and upholding business requirements.
• Define processes aimed at the stability of IT in our 24x7 high-edge infrastructure environment.
• Oversee the activity of comprehensive documentation of systems and operations.
• Data Center operations management.
  
  

• End to end Infrastructure project management.
• Managing KPIs and goals for the Network, System, DBA and Data Infrastructure teams.
• Develop diagrams and presentations for management.
• Measure project performance and resource allocation.
• Ensure retrospective and lessons learned sessions at the end of projects.
  
  

• Leading the procurement process for the Infrastructure’s group product.
• Collaborate with legal and financial teams to ensure continuity and stability within the infrastructure’s group products.
• Vendor management.
• Contract control.
  
  

• Experience as a Project Manager / Operations manager – 3 years.
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructures (network, servers, databases, etc).
• Technical or project management qualification – strong advantage.
• Matrix management skills - A must.
• High organizational skills - A must.
• A strong sense of professional responsibility - A must.
• Ability to communicate and interact at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to face complex requirements and break them down into manageable units.
• A strong sense of problem solving.
• Delivery oriented.
• Working in a Production environment – strong advantage
• Experience in IT data analysis - strong advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
