Junior Creative Designer

Roseberry is an early-stage media-tech startup building the next generation of short-form entertainment - where cinematic storytelling meets interactive, mobile-first technology.

We’re looking for a Junior Creative Designer to join our creative team.

This role combines graphic design and motion/video design, with a strong focus on performance-driven creative.

What you’ll do:

• Create and edit short-form video ads for social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Design static performance ads and posters
• Make creative decisions around hooks, openings, and pacing
• Understand what makes people stop scrolling
• Adapt creatives for different platforms and formats
• Use AI tools to work faster and smarter

What we’re looking for:

• Around 1 year of experience in creative design / video editing / content creation
• Strong understanding of social platforms and short-form ads
• Ability to create both static and video creatives
• Performance-driven mindset (experience in performance-driven companies is a big plus)
• Curious, creative, fast learner, detail-oriented

Tools / Skills

Static Design (Posters & Ads):

• Photoshop – required
• Illustrator – advantage
• Figma – bonus
• (Strong Photoshop skills are sufficient for a junior role)

Video / Motion Design:

• Premiere Pro
• CapCut
• After Effects (basic) – advantage
