Delivery Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on, technically fluent Delivery Manager to drive execution across our DevOps domain and R&D projects. You’ll partner closely with Engineers as well as R&D Team Leads, push priorities forward, and ensure that critical DevOps initiatives are delivered with high quality and momentum. This role combines delivery leadership with strong DevOps technical fluency, focusing on execution and unblocking engineering teams to ensure initiatives move forward.

What you'll be doing:

• Drive end-to-end execution of multiple cross-functional DevOps initiatives - from planning and scoping through delivery and rollout - ensuring alignment with company priorities.
• Partner closely with the DevOps lead and R&D leadership to define priorities, clarify scope, and strengthen delivery ownership and execution practices.
• Bring a technical, big-picture perspective to DevOps work, ensuring initiatives support reliability, scalability, and security while staying practical and deliverable.
• Work closely with R&D and Product to align timelines, dependencies, and expectations, and keep execution moving across teams.
• Define and track milestones, deliverables, and success metrics, ensuring work is delivered with high quality and predictable outcomes.
• Identify risks early and proactively remove blockers - through follow-up, coordination, and driving decisions.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders, translating business priorities into actionable technical plans and clear tradeoffs.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery discipline: transparency, accountability, and collaboration across teams.
• Operate in a multi-cloud environment and drive DevOps execution that enables R&D delivery through automation, reliable deployments, and removing delivery bottlenecks.

Who you are:

• 5+ years of experience in a technical delivery role (Technical Program/Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Engineering PM, or similar) in a tech company.
• Strong technical fluency in DevOps practices and cloud environments (CI/CD, observability, reliability, automation, incident response).- MUST
• Proven ability to drive execution in engineering teams - turning priorities into plans, tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery.
• Experience working closely with DevOps and R&D teams, (including offshore teams), comfortable discussing scope, tradeoffs, and delivery risks with engineers.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across teams.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple workstreams and dependencies in parallel.
• A proactive problem-solver who brings clarity, structure, and follow-through in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• AdTech experience is a strong advantage.

This is not a classic project management role. We’re specifically looking for someone who can drive delivery in a highly technical DevOps environment - partnering closely with engineers, unblocking execution, and taking hands-on ownership of getting initiatives delivered.
