We are seeking a talented and experienced Jira Systems Implementer

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Xray, and Structure
• Significant experience with Jira Software
• Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technological solutions
• User training and support skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal communication
• High-level English proficiency - reading, writing, and speaking
• Deep process-level understanding of ITSM
• Experience with advanced configurations, automations, and workflows - advantage
• Relevant professional training - advantage
• Automation scripting experience (Groovy, ScriptRunner) - advantage
• Experience implementing Agile processes - advantage
