PMO

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented PMO with strong analytical abilities, a systemic mindset, and proven experience working in a multi-disciplinary engineering environment.

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain integrated project work plans
• Lead risk management, identify bottlenecks, and analyze critical paths
• Coordinate and synchronize cross-functional interfaces across multiple engineering domains
• Manage budget planning & control — from proposal stage through ongoing reporting to project closure
• Build and present a comprehensive project status view to management and customers

Requirements:

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree — mandatory
• 3+ years of experience as a PMO in large organizations — mandatory
• Strong familiarity with SAP or an equivalent large-scale ERP system
• Knowledge of lean planning and control methodologies: Agile / Lean / Six Sigma
• Proficiency with planning tools such as MS Project and/or Primavera — mandatory
