We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Integration Development Team Lead, to join our growing tech team!
As our Team Lead, you will manage and guide a team of Integration Developers, responsible for the company’s internal and external system integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, plan, and manage the Integration team, including task allocation, scheduling, prioritization, and performance tracking.
- Oversee integration projects across internal and external systems (CRM, BPM, Cloud, and more).
- Troubleshoot complex issues and support version releases.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and InfoSec teams to ensure high-quality interfaces.
- Drive continuous improvement and process automation initiatives.
- Be involved in cross-functional projects across the organization.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in integration development.
- 1-2 years of experience managing a development/ integration team, including end-to-end project delivery and meeting tight deadlines.
- Experience with tools such as ACE, IBM API Connect.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience working in test and production environments.
