Data Engineer

We are seeking a Data Engineer with at least 2 years of experience in developing and maintaining data infrastructures.

The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and leading cross-organizational data projects.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain data infrastructures and data pipelines

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into data solutions

Lead cross-functional and cross-organizational data projects

Develop and optimize SQL-based solutions across relational databases

Develop data processes and services using Python

Collaborate with internal teams including Development, Data Science, BI, Information Security, and business units

Support, train, and guide end users in data usage and analytics

Promote and build a data-driven culture across the organization

Manage data vendors and external subcontractors

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in data infrastructure development

Strong SQL skills with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, or SQL Server

Hands-on experience in Python development

Experience working with business stakeholders and leading data initiatives

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and drive projects forward

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
