Controller (CPA) – Real Estate

A leading real estate development group is seeking an experienced Controller (CPA) for a full-time position based in Tel Aviv.

Role Description:

The Controller will be responsible for the company’s financial reporting and accounting operations, including:

• Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS
• Preparation of periodic and immediate reports in compliance with securities authority and stock exchange regulations (Maya reporting)
• Managing audit processes and working closely with external auditors
• Ongoing work with banks, legal advisors, and senior stakeholders across the group
• Active involvement in bank financing processes and financial management of real estate projects

Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – mandatory
• 2–3 years of experience as a Controller or Assistant Controller – mandatory
• Experience from a Big 4/5 accounting firm – advantage
• Proven experience in real estate – mandatory (preference for residential development)
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and regulatory financial reporting
• Advanced Excel skills – mandatory
• Familiarity with SAP – advantage
• High work ethic and strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines
