We are looking for a hungry, data-driven, and creative individual to join our marketing team. This is a unique opportunity to step into the gaming industry, learn from experts, and manage significant budgets in the high-paced world of mobile App Marketing.
The Role
As a Junior Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in our growth strategy. You will focus on two main pillars: Performance Marketing (specifically Google Ads) and Influencer Marketing.
We are not looking for years of experience; we are looking for potential, a sharp analytical mind, and a relentless drive to learn and succeed.
Key Responsibilities
• Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize large-scale User Acquisition (UA) campaigns on Google Ads (UAC), ensuring we hit our growth targets.
• Influencer Relations: Scout, recruit, and manage relationships with global influencers and content creators (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram) to drive high-quality traffic to our games.
• Data Analysis: Monitor campaign performance daily. Analyze KPIs such as CTR, CPI, ROAS, and ROI to identify trends and optimize results.
• Creative Strategy: Collaborate with our design and development teams to brainstorm and produce high-converting ad creatives (banners, videos, playable ads).
• Market Research: Stay ahead of the curve by researching gaming trends, competitors, and new marketing opportunities.
• ASO Support: Assist in App Store Optimization efforts to improve organic visibility in the App Store and Google Play.
