IT Specialist with Monday.com Specialization JB-4696

A growing startup in Ramat Yishai is looking for a single IT specialist for a diverse and dynamic role, with full responsibility for technical support, systems, and digitization in the organization. The main emphasis is on practical and deep specialization in Monday.com.

Job Description:

Management, maintenance, and implementation of Monday.com at an expert level:

Building Boards, Automations connections, system adjustments, and user support.

Handling the CRM system based on Monday.

End-to-end responsibility for internal technical support: hardware, software, communications, and end equipment.

User management and support for additional organizational systems such as Slack and other digital tools.

Onboarding for new employees - equipment, permissions, settings, and work systems.

Completely independent work as the only IT function in the organization, including interface with external suppliers.

Practical and proven experience with Monday.com (configurations, automations, processes, support) – a must.

1–2 years of experience in IT / technical support – a significant advantage.

Ability to learn quickly, technological curiosity and independent troubleshooting.

High service level, a big head and the ability to work independently in a dynamic startup environment.
