We are looking for an experienced Employer Brand & Internal Communications Manager to lead the employer brand in Israel and play a key role in shaping and executing our global employer brand and EVP. This is a hands-on role for someone who excels at building and running impactful employer brand campaigns and can move quickly from strategy to execution.
In this role, you will also support global internal communications, working closely with HR and global stakeholders to strengthen how we attract, engage, and connect with employees, locally and globally.
The role is based in our Tel Aviv office and reports to the Head of Global Employer Brand & Internal Communications.

Key Responsibilities
Employer Branding & EVP
- Own and lead the Israel employer brand strategy, aligned with global priorities, and plan, execute, and localize employer brand campaigns for the Israel market
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to support hiring through targeted employer brand initiatives
- Create and manage content that showcases culture, people, and the employee experience
- Build and manage a network of employee brand ambassadors
- Support global internal communications programs and campaigns
- Partner with HR on employee engagement initiatives and internal storytelling
- Execute internal campaigns that strengthen connection, clarity, and culture
- 8+ years of experience in employer branding, internal communications, marketing, or communications
- Proven end-to-end experience running employer brand campaigns—from strategy and content creation to execution, optimization, and measurement
- Strong understanding of employer branding, digital channels, and social media platforms
- Highly proactive, resourceful, and creative, with a strong ownership and execution mindset
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, global environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
- Hebrew – native level
- Excellent English – highly proficient (written and spoken)
- Passion and experience with AI-tools
