Role Overview

A leading financial corporation is seeking a high-caliber Communications Team Lead to spearhead the design, planning, and implementation of advanced network infrastructures and NetOps strategies. This role is a hybrid of hands-on technical leadership and high-level architectural oversight, focusing on driving infrastructure innovation, automation, and system performance.

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of technical experts in a fast-paced environment.
• Network Architecture: Own the end-to-end architecture of infrastructure solutions, ensuring scalability and reliability across the organization.
• NetOps & Automation: Drive the implementation of automated workflows to optimize network operations and system availability.
• Monitoring & Optimization: Oversee advanced monitoring and control systems to maintain peak performance and rapid troubleshooting.
• Strategic Planning: Align infrastructure growth with organizational goals, focusing on modernization and continuous improvement.

• Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in managing enterprise network infrastructures (Routing, Switching, Firewalls, Load Balancers).
• Leadership Background: Proven experience in a management role or as a Senior Technical Architect.
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of enterprise networking, Cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP), Information Security, and Zero Trust methodologies.
• Tools & Systems: Proficiency with monitoring and control platforms such as SolarWinds, Zabbix, or Prometheus.
• Attributes: A forward-thinking approach with a passion for infrastructure innovation and automation.
