Sales Operations Specialist – Medical Device Company

Looking for a dynamic role that combines sales support and operational excellence?

Join a leading company in the medical device industry and be part of a team that drives success!

What you’ll do:

Support the entire sales cycle: prepare quotes, process orders, and track billing.
Manage data and forecasts in Priority ERP.
Generate reports and monitor sales performance.
Maintain and optimize CRM (HubSpot) processes.
Assist marketing efforts: update materials, manage LinkedIn presence, and coordinate events.

What we’re looking for:

Relevant Bachelor’s degree.
At least 2 years of experience in Sales Operations / Back Office – must.
Hands-on experience with Priority ERP – must.
High-level English proficiency.
Strong analytical and creative skills; advanced Excel and design tools – advantage.
