Role Description

This is a hybrid role for a Financial Analyst located in Tel Aviv, Israel. The Financial Analyst will be mainly responsible for analyzing financial data of both existing portfolio and new acquisitions, preparing financial statements and reporting, assisting with financial planning, and compiling detailed financial reports, investors relations matters and tax. Tasks will include evaluating investment opportunities, generating forecasts, and supporting financial decision-making to contribute to the firm's success in various real estate segments.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to derive insights from complex data
• Knowledge of Finance principles and Financial Reporting practices
• Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Relevant experience in real estate investment or analysis is a plus
• Fluent in English (including reading and writing)
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• At least one year of relevant work experience.
