Head of Network Infrastructure

We are looking for an experienced leader to take ownership of planning, managing, and implementing advanced network infrastructure and NetOps solutions, driving innovation, automation, and continuous improvement in system availability and performance.

This role combines team leadership with broad architectural responsibility for infrastructure solutions, automation, monitoring, and control.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the NetOps team responsible for network infrastructure, communication security, and network automation.
• Design enterprise-level network architecture and infrastructure solutions, including Hybrid and Multi-Cloud environments.
• Define, plan, and implement automation, monitoring, and network management tools (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code).
• Oversee day-to-day operations of communication infrastructure: routing, load balancing, firewalls, VPN, DNS.
• Improve system availability and resilience, troubleshoot complex issues, and lead RCA processes.
• Collaborate with IT, Cybersecurity, DevOps, and Information Systems teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Drive strategic network infrastructure projects, including migrations, expansions, and technology innovation.
• Manage vendors and subcontractors, evaluate new technologies, and lead their implementation.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience managing network infrastructure (Routing, Switching, Firewalls, Load Balancers).
• Proven experience in a managerial role or leading a NetOps team / technology architecture.
• Hands-on experience in DevNet / NetOps: automation, scripting (Python / Ansible / Terraform).
• Deep understanding of enterprise networks, cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP), information security, and Zero Trust.
• Experience with monitoring and control systems (SolarWinds, Zabbix, Prometheus, etc.).
• Strong ability to work across multiple interfaces, long-term planning, and strategic thinking.
• Relevant education: Computer Science / Information Systems Engineering / Cisco or Juniper certifications.
