About the Role
We’re looking for a high-energy sales professional who lives and breathes the startup ecosystem.
Someone connected, curious, and hungry — who knows how to open doors, build trust, and close deals.
This role is about owning relationships, driving new business, and becoming a trusted advisor to fast-growing startups (and some enterprise customers) using AWS-based solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Recruit, onboard, and manage AWS customers while driving new revenue opportunities
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing
- Build deep, long-term relationships with founders, CTOs, VPs, and executive sponsors
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and aligning cloud-based solutions
- Collaborate closely with technical and internal teams to deliver successful solutions
- Manage multiple accounts with exceptional attention to detail
- Monitor pipeline, forecast revenue, and report on account health and targets
- Support complex customer escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction
Who You Are
- Proven experience in Sales / Business Development / Account Management (SaaS, Cloud, or Security products – big advantage)
- Strong familiarity with AWS services (hands-on experience is a major plus, but not mandatory)
- Deeply connected to the startup ecosystem – you know people, teams, founders, and decision-makers
- Energetic, ambitious, and driven to win — you see opportunity and go after it
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (executive-level)
- Experience working with Salesforce
- Strong multitasker who can manage several opportunities in parallel
- Excellent English (verbal and written)
- Technical aptitude and curiosity
- BA/BS in Business, Economics, or related field (advantage)
