PROJECT CONTROL & SCHEDULING COORDINATOR

Responsibilities

• Building, managing, and controlling project schedules, including weekly tracking and reporting
• Monitoring tasks of planning and execution managers and proactively identifying gaps in real time
• Ongoing work with the Ramdor system, including document control and approval of planners’ and contractors’ invoices
• Budget tracking and quarterly reporting in collaboration with the company economist
• Risk management, preparation of presentations, and supporting documentation as required
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree – mandatory
• Proven experience working with MS Project – mandatory
• Experience with project schedules, control, and reporting – a significant advantage
• Proficiency in project management systems and document management systems – an advantage
• Experience working with TILOS – an advantage
• Strong ability to work across multiple interfaces, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines
• Analytical skills with the ability to monitor, control, and highlight gaps in real time
