Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural initiatives in customer-facing projects and define technical vision with unified architectural standards
• Design and plan SSO integrations, authorization models, and policy configurations (Groups/Policies)
• Own performance, observability (Prometheus/Grafana/ELK), security (CSPM/Orca), compliance, and cost awareness
• Define and maintain unified reference architecture for product services
• Design and lead advanced GenAI architectures, including RAG, embeddings, vector databases, guardrails, and large-scale GPU/inference performance
• Establish cross-organization standards (naming conventions, deployment patterns, health checks, monitoring)
• Own architectural roadmap, balancing cost, operations, and performance
• Implement best practices for security and compliance (IAM, secrets management, system hardening)
• Develop POCs, evaluate cutting-edge technologies (LLMs, MCP, agents), and integrate AI-based productivity tools
• Ensure end-to-end stability, performance, scalability, cost efficiency (COGS), CI/CD processes, and information security
• Work closely with engineering, data, DevOps, security teams, customers, and partners

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in architecture or technical leadership, and 6+ years of software development experience
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and security, including serverless, microservices, and data pipelines
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, Docker, etc.)
• Practical experience working with AI/ML, including integration of AI-based productivity tools
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and make complex technical decisions
• Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep understanding of data engineering and analytics
• Previous hands-on software development experience (e.g., Python, TypeScript, Node.js)
• Experience deploying SaaS or on-prem solutions to enterprise customers
