Hardware Systems Engineering Team Lead | Ashdod | IAI

Join the Engineering and Systems Division at ELTA and lead a hardware system engineering team working on advanced radar, electronic warfare and communication systems.

The position includes:

• Leading a team of hardware system engineers

• Defining and specifying hardware architecture for ELTA systems including radar, electronic warfare and communication systems

• Full engineering responsibility for team projects and coordination with subcontractors

• Supporting development and production processes in Israel and abroad

• Defining requirements and guiding development teams across the division

What we’re looking for:

• Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering

• At least 3 years of experience in system engineering or hardware engineering

• Familiarity with radar, electronic warfare, communication or other integrated systems is an advantage

• Understanding of transmit and receive channel design is an advantage

• Knowledge of phased array systems is an advantage

• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and handle high workloads

• High level of English
