Now, we’re looking for our first Product Manager to work directly with our Head of Product and help turn product strategy into shipped, high-quality experiences.

This role is ideal for a PM who thrives in early-stage environments, enjoys owning features end-to-end, and wants to help define how product is built at a fast-growing AI startup.

Responsibilities

* Own product initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition and discovery through delivery and post-launch iteration.

* Translate high-level product strategy and roadmap into clear specs, PRDs, and execution plans.

* Partner closely with Design and Engineering to shape solutions, unblock execution, and ensure high product quality.

* Collaborate with our CX and growth departments, in addition to conducting user research and usability testing to deeply understand freelancer and SMB needs.

* Define success metrics, track outcomes, and use data + qualitative insights to drive decisions.

* Help establish and evolve Merlin’s product processes (discovery, prioritization, planning, delivery)

* Act as a strong product voice internally, advocating for users while balancing business and technical constraints.

Requirements

* 2+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in B2C products and/or fast-growing startups.

* Strong product sense: ability to identify real user problems and craft simple, elegant solutions.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both English and Hebrew - you’re comfortable writing clear specs and aligning stakeholders.

* Experience working closely with designers and engineers in highly collaborative environments.

* Comfort operating with incomplete information and making thoughtful tradeoffs.

* Bonus : experience with AI-powered products, website builders, SMB tools, or creator/freelancer platforms.
