Job Title: Senior Game Product Manager (Hybrid)
We are a high-output studio in Tel Aviv district. We build the casual games inside one of the world's biggest sports streaming apps, and we simultaneously run our own independent studio launching hyper-casual titles to the App Store.

- e Vision: You are the strategic architect. You drive the creative direction for our partnership, and set the roadmap for our independent studio.
- Design the Logic: You define the hit windows, the scoring math, and the difficulty curves in detail. You create the systems that make the game fun.
- Own the Specs: You write the GDDs. You ensure the developers have exactly what they need to build it right the first time.
- Balance the Economy: You control the progression. You build the models in Excel that keep players hooked, whether for engagement (broadcast) or revenue (IAP).
- Switch Contexts: One day you are polishing a massive feature for our global partner. The next, you are creating a quick prototype for a new App Store test.

- A Maker: You have shipped F2P or casual games before. You can show us exactly what you built and explain why i t worked.Data-
